A story of 4 generations

For 4 generations, and precisely since 1917, the Congedi family has been producing top quality Salento extra virgin olive oil.

The story began in 1917 in Apulia thanks to the stubbornness of Luce Damiani, tenacious and stubborn woman, able to manage the Apulian olive groves inherited from her father and to create one of the largest production plants of extra virgin olive oil in the area. Of her seven children the firstborn Antonio Congedi, Master Miller, continued the activity carried out by his mother innovating the process of transformation of the extra virgin oil of Salento, Puglia. In 1989 the activity passed into the hands of Luigi, his eldest son, who, following the advice of his father, combines quality, tradition and technological innovation.
